Common questions
I've never lifted before. Am I going to be out of my depth?
No. A good portion of our clients start with zero gym experience. The first sessions are about learning to move well with light loads — the weight comes later, once the pattern is solid.
I have an injury or a medical restriction. Can you still train me?
Very likely, yes. We regularly train clients working around specific medical contraindications. Bring any guidance from your doctor or physical therapist to the consultation and we'll build the program inside those limits.
Do I have to use free weights?
It's a preference, not a rule. Free weights and varied movement patterns tend to transfer better to real life than repeating the same machine circuit — but the plan always flexes to what you're comfortable with and enjoy.
What are your hours?
Sessions are scheduled by appointment rather than fixed studio hours. Call or send a message and we'll find a slot that works around your week.
Is the studio accessible?
Yes — the facility is wheelchair accessible with step-free entry and accessible parking near the entrance.
